Once your personalized order has entered production or has been shipped, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
Personalized items cannot normally be returned or exchanged unless there is a quality issue or the item arrives damaged.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery with clear photos of the damaged item and packaging, and we will be happy to assist you.

Shipping and returns
Every order is made to order. We send a digital proof for your approval, then handcraft your item in 3-5 business days. Standard shipping is $7.99 and takes 5-8 business days, and shipping is free on orders over $70.
Because each piece is personalized we cannot accept returns on change of mind, but if there is a production error or the item arrives damaged we will remake or refund it within 30 days.
Sent this to our granddaughter for her wedding dress arrival. She absolutely loved it. I was happy to hear it met her approval, you never know when ordering sight unseen. It arrived even before the time expected. I didn’t realize it was being shipped from China, which had me concerned.
