Depending on the product, you may be able to customize names, dates, photos, messages, colors, designs, or other special details.

This guide will help you prepare your personalization information before placing your order.

1. Choose Your Product

Start by selecting the product you would like to personalize.

Each product has its own available customization options, so please review the product page carefully before ordering.

Depending on the item, personalization options may include:

  • Anniversary dates
  • Short messages
  • Photos
  • Artwork
  • Colors
  • Design styles
  • Wedding roles
  • Other custom details

Only the options shown on the product page are available for that specific item.

2. Enter Your Personalization Details

Please enter your customization information exactly as you would like it to appear.

Before submitting your order, carefully check:

  • Spelling
  • Capitalization
  • Dates
  • Numbers
  • Punctuation
  • Initials
  • Names
  • Messages
  • Design selections

Personalized products are generally created based on the information submitted with your order.

3. Names & Custom Text

When entering names or text:

  • Check spelling carefully
  • Use the capitalization you want shown
  • Include punctuation if needed
  • Follow any character limits shown on the product page
  • Avoid adding extra instructions unless requested

If a product only allows a date, role, or preset design, please enter only the information requested.

4. Dates

Please enter dates in the format shown on the product page.

For example:

05.20.2026

or

May 20, 2026

The final format may depend on the product design.

Please double-check the month, day, and year before placing your order.

5. Photo Uploads

For products that allow photo personalization, please upload the clearest image available.

For best results:

  • Use a high-quality image
  • Make sure the subject is clearly visible
  • Use good lighting
  • Avoid blurry or pixelated images
  • Avoid screenshots when possible
  • Avoid heavily cropped photos
  • Make sure important details are not cut off

The quality of the final personalized product may depend on the quality of the image provided.

6. Colors & Design Options

Some products allow you to choose from different colors, materials, fonts, layouts, or preset designs.

Please select your preferred option directly on the product page.

For products with preset designs, only the options shown are available unless otherwise stated.

For example, a wedding hanger may offer:

while another product may offer completely different personalization choices.

7. Preset Designs

Some products include fixed wording, shapes, layouts, or design styles that cannot be changed.

If a product offers preset options such as:

  • Bride
  • Groom
  • Bridesmaid
  • Maid of Honor

the wording may not be customizable unless the product page specifically states otherwise.

Please review the product images and option descriptions before ordering.

8. Review Before Ordering

Before adding your personalized item to the cart, please review all details carefully.

Check:

  • Correct size
  • Correct design
  • Correct spelling
  • Correct date
  • Correct photo
  • Correct quantity

Once a personalized order enters production, changes may no longer be possible.

9. Changes After Ordering

If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will do our best to help if production has not yet started.

However, because personalized products are made specifically for each customer, changes cannot be guaranteed once production begins.

10. Personalized Products & Returns

Personalized products are made specifically for you.

Because of this, they may not be eligible for standard returns or exchanges unless there is a quality issue, production error, or the item differs from the personalization information submitted with your order.
