Shipping and returns
Every order is made to order. We send a digital proof for your approval, then handcraft your item in 3-5 business days. Standard shipping is $7.99 and takes 5-8 business days, and shipping is free on orders over $70.
Because each piece is personalized we cannot accept returns on change of mind, but if there is a production error or the item arrives damaged we will remake or refund it within 30 days.
The quality of the book is very nice, color (oats and black) matches the description well. Pages in the book also feel very good quality and thick enough for guests to write their message. The script font for the cover also adds a really nice touch!

The guest book is super cute and the quality is great! It also arrived quickly, which was a nice bonus. My only disappointment was the color. I ordered the taupe, and based on the photos I expected more of a warm brown/taupe shade. In person, it's gray, which doesn't match my wedding colors. It's not a dealbreaker, and I'm still happy with the overall quality, I just wish the color had been a little more true to the listing photos.

Really beautifully made book, the quality is amazing and it’s exactly what I was hoping to have as our guest book. I would be extremely cautious using the provided tabs though, they are thick and now my book doesnt lay flat which is a bit disappointing. I wish I had noticed before adding all the tabs in.
Perfect addition for a wedding!
Arrived in great condition! Exactly what is shown in the picture. It was delivered on time. For the price, I do wish the pages had some lines on them and the outside custom wording was actually engraved into the book rather than it pressed with sticker but overall we love it.

The quality is amazing! Everything is perfect. I scratched at the font on top to double check that it can handle any rubbing and its on there! Also the pages are a perfect off white so any sun reflection for outdoor ceremonies won't blind you! 10/10 recommend. I got the cream colored book with black text.
