Shipping and returns
Every order is made to order. We send a digital proof for your approval, then handcraft your item in 3-5 business days. Standard shipping is $7.99 and takes 5-8 business days, and shipping is free on orders over $70.
Because each piece is personalized we cannot accept returns on change of mind, but if there is a production error or the item arrives damaged we will remake or refund it within 30 days.
